General Policies
We process refund requests that conform to the product-specific policies outlined below. All refund requests must be submitted in accordance with our procedures and within the specified timeframes. We honor all applicable U.S. federal and state consumer protection laws regarding refunds. Where a refund is available, we reserve the right to offer or process partial refunds based on the specific circumstances.
One Refund Per Product Limit: We limit refunds to one refund per product per customer over the customer's lifetime. If you purchase a product, receive a refund, and subsequently repurchase the same product, we will not honor a second refund request for that product.
Technical Access Issues: If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchased digital product due to an error on our end, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue or provide a full refund if the problem cannot be resolved within 48 hours.

Important: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval. Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds will only be issued if the product has not been substantially accessed or downloaded, except where otherwise specified in the product-specific policies below.

Eligibility: Refunds are available if you have not downloaded the complete product or have accessed less than 25% of the content. This includes country-specific healthcare guides, insurance comparison guides, and medication reference e-books.

Digital Templates, Checklists, and Downloads (Valued at $49 or Less)
Refund Period: 48-hour money-back guarantee from date of purchase
Eligibility: Refunds are available only if the product has not been downloaded. Once you download any template, checklist, or digital tool, the sale is final.

Online Courses (Valued at $100-$399)
Refund Period: 14-day money-back guarantee from date of purchase
Eligibility: Refunds are available if you have completed less than 20% of the course content (measured by lessons accessed or videos watched). You must demonstrate that you have made a good-faith effort to engage with the course material before requesting a refund.

Membership Programs and Subscriptions
Refund Period: Non-refundable
Eligibility: Membership programs and recurring subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time. Payment plans are non-cancellable.

Consultation Services and One-on-One Coaching
Refund Period: Non-refundable
Eligibility: All consultation services, coaching sessions, and personalized advisory services are non-refundable once scheduled. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the session with no refund. Payment plans for multi-session packages are non-cancellable.

Webinars, Workshops, and Live Virtual Events
Refund Period: Refunds available until 24 hours before event start time
Eligibility: Refunds for live webinars, workshops, and virtual events are available if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event or for no-shows. If a recorded replay is included with your registration and has been accessed, no refund will be issued.

Resource Bundles and Package Deals
Refund Period: 7-day money-back guarantee from date of purchase
Eligibility: Bundles containing multiple products may be refunded within 7 days if less than 25% of the total bundle content has been accessed or downloaded. Refunds are processed for the entire bundle only; individual products within a bundle cannot be refunded separately.

SPECIAL OFFERS AND PROMOTIONAL SALES
Seasonal Sales and Limited-Time Discounts:
Any product purchased during a seasonal sale, limited-time promotion, or special discount event (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, New Year's Sale, or flash sale) is non-refundable, regardless of the standard refund policy for that product type. Non-refundable promotional offers are clearly marked on the checkout page, and customers must acknowledge the non-refundable nature of the purchase before completing the transaction.
Upgrade Discounts: If you are eligible for an upgrade discount (for example, upgrading from a basic course to a premium course), that discount follows the refund policy of the upgraded product. Once you have applied an upgrade discount, the standard refund policy for the previous product no longer applies.
No Discount Stacking: When multiple discounts are available on a product, customers may choose only one (1) discount to apply. Discounts may not be combined or "stacked." For example, if an upgrade discount and a seasonal sale price are both available, you must choose one or the other, not both.
EXCEPTIONS AND LIMITATIONS
Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, please contact us immediately. We will gladly refund the duplicate purchase.
Technical Issues: If you experience a technical problem that prevents access to your purchased product and we cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours, you are eligible for a full refund regardless of the standard product policy.
Misrepresented Products: If you believe a product was materially misrepresented in its description or marketing materials, please contact us with specific details. We will investigate and, if we determine the product was indeed misrepresented, we will offer a full refund.
Change of Mind: Due to the digital nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind beyond the specified refund periods for each product type. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, previews, and free sample content before making a purchase.
SITUATIONS WHERE REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE
We are unable to process refunds in the following situations:
